Return Policy
Art Etc.in is an online destination for Handcrafted products and urges you to bear in mind the uniqueness of handmade products. While we will try to deliver a product as close to the image and description on the site please take note that some small unevenness in pattern, weaving, color, design etc. signifies these are handcrafted products and makes them truly unique in nature. Hence we accept return of goods only when goods received are either damaged or not a product that you selected. From our side our goods will be safely packaged and dispatched to you. In case the product is damaged when you receive it, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
Any product shipped by Art Etc can be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. You will need to notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return
- Any item returned showing signs of wear and tear, altered, washed/dry-cleaned, used, resized (by anyone / entity) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
- All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
- The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for store credit issued, viz:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, security tag & label and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code)/ Bar code has been removed from its original packaging.
In order to get a defective returned
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on +91 20 4120 1413 (On Working days from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM India Time, Tuesday-Sunday, except holidays).
- The defective product needs to be booked for reverse pickup and the preferred logistic partner appointed by Art Etc will pick it up for shipping back to us, (details will be available with our customer care)
Payments
We accept digital payments only. We do not have COD (Cash on Delivery) option as of now.
Refunds
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products through online banking services which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size in relation to the description as given on ArtEtc.in.
Cancellation
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, within 14 days you will get a redeemable store credit with validity of 30 days for your next shopping.
- If your product has shipped no further cancellation requests are entertained.
Note
All items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Drop an email on info@artetc.in and Contact ArtEtc Customer on +91 20 4120 1413 (On Working days from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM India Time, Monday – Friday, except holidays) and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
